Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery within Germany typically takes 3–5 business days after ordering. Since your products are made to order, this may vary slightly in individual cases. Your order will be shipped directly from Europe after production, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.

We work with specialized EU manufacturers, each focused on specific product categories. This ensures the highest possible quality.

Multiple items of the same category will be shipped together — separate packages may be generated for mixed categories.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the product type and delivery country. Since our products are manufactured and shipped on demand through specialized production partners in Europe, shipping costs may vary slightly depending on the item.

All costs are displayed transparently before you complete your order – with no hidden fees.

Returns & Cancellations

Our items are produced on demand only after an order is placed – therefore, returns work a little differently than with large online retailers. You can return an item within 14 days ; the easiest way to do this is by emailing culturelapofficial@gmail.com . The item should be unused and in its original condition ; if the item has lost value due to use or improper care (e.g., washing/ironing/drying at too high a temperature, altered print), a deduction of up to 100% may be made from the refund amount.

Complaint

If an item arrives damaged , defective , or incorrectly delivered , please contact us by email and send a photo. We will investigate quickly and usually arrange for a replacement first ; if a replacement is not possible or cannot be arranged promptly, a refund is also possible. Damage caused by improper care or use (e.g., altered print due to heat) is not grounds for a claim. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
